2. Cancellation Policy

• Requests after 7 days of Registration are not eligible for a refund.
• Cancellation requests must include your registration details, transaction ID, and reason for cancellation.
• We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of cancellation requests before processing.

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.

• In case of plot allocation, the registration amount may be adjusted against the final payment as per the payment plan.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Registrations cancelled after 7 days from the date of registration.
• If the registration was made through fraudulent means or with incorrect information.
• If the customer has already been allocated a plot and the allocation process has been completed.
• Any additional charges or fees paid for specific services (if applicable).

5. Refund Processing

• Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
• The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
• Please ensure that your contact information is up to date to receive refund confirmations.
